What is Creative XR Arena?
Creative XR Arena is a platform where XR talents are challenged to participate in competitive contests. One of our affiliated studios presents a challenge with sufficient creative freedom, which is then developed and submitted by the participants. The contests are always focused on producing 3D, Augmented Reality, and/or Virtual Reality content. The best submission wins a fantastic prize.
The Goal of Creative XR Arena
The goal of Creative XR Arena is to discover young talent and bring together educational institutions and immersive media studios. With this, we hope to discover more talents, better inform educational institutions about what they are looking for in their new employees, and create and fill internship positions and jobs.
How it Works
An XR studio, in collaboration with Creative XR Arena, presents a challenge. It could involve developing an Augmented Reality filter for Instagram, Snapchat, or the web, or even creating a Virtual Reality experience, scanning an object for use in XR content, or rendering objects and entire scenes. The studio sets the challenge and provides the necessary assets for the participant to begin. There are start and end dates by which all submissions must be made. These submissions are then anonymously shared on social media and the platform. After the end date, the winner of the grand prize is announced!
